Description
Intended use
Anode junction boxes ensure reliable and stable operation under the influence of the following climatic factors: the maximum value of the air temperature is +45°C; the minimum value of the air temperature is -60°C; and the maximum value of the relative humidity of the ambient air is 98% at a temperature of +25°C.The junction boxes are designed to provide electrical connections to create an anodic electrical field under the bottoms of tanks and to enable monitoring of the parameters of cathodic protection systems. They are intended for outdoor installation in temperate and cold climates and are able to endure heavy rain, snow, dust, and strong winds.
Design and functional features
They have 30 measuring shunts rated at 5 A, one measuring shunt rated at 75 A, and the corresponding number of terminal clamps for connecting control (measuring) wires and power cables;The rated currents of the shunts and the electrical circuit can be changed by agreement with the customer;
Natural air convection (cooling);
Degree of protection: IP 34 (protected from water spray from any direction);
The design of the contact clamps allows for the connection of both terminated and unterminated wires and cables
