Sliding Lid Test Station

The test station KIP.PSS is equipment designed for cathodic protection and control of the corrosion condition of underground metal structures. Manufactured according to TU 28.99.39.085-73892839-2018 .

The product corresponds to the type of climatic design U1, UHL1 or HL1 and retains its parameters during the influence of external climatic factors, such as low and high temperatures (from minus 60 ° C to plus 40 ° C), solar radiation, physico-chemical effects of soil and bioorganisms.

Features

The KIP.PSS rack is made of polymer or composite materials that do not support gorenje. The rack is made with a height of 2500 mm, has a square with a side of 200 ± 10 mm in cross section and with a wall thickness of at least 4 mm. At the request of the customer, the product can be manufactured with reinforced fiberglass or metal rack corners, as well as be equipped with various additional equipment: a BZT pipeline protection unit; a UZT pipeline protection device; diode-resistor BDR (M), BDZ, BSZ units; a small-sized SCZ cathodic protection station.

Remote Monitoring for Test Stations

KIP.PSS can be supplemented with equipment for remote control and monitoring and remote control, which provides more economical, prompt and accurate tracking of the correct operation of cathodic protection systems than the data obtained during the work of crawlers, and also significantly reduces the risks of emergencies in cathodic protection systems.

T1 – connection via the "current loop" communication channel with physical signals (analog (4-20 mA) and discrete);
T2 – connection to the rectifier via serial digital interface RS-485, Modbus RTU protocol;
T3 – connection via GSM/GPRS communication channel version 1 (basic);
T4 – connection via GSM/GPRS communication channel version 2 (with two SIM cards);
T5 – connection via GSM/GPRS communication channel version 3;
T6 – connection to the rectifier via a radio channel (in the UHF band or others).

At the request of the customer, combinations of types of remote control and monitoring can be implemented. In this case, the designation is carried out as follows:
T13 is a combination of types T1 and T3
T25 – combination of T2 and T5 types
T124 is a combination of types T1, T2 and T4, etc.
