Metal Body Test Station
The PSS-SKIP test station is designed for cathodic protection and monitoring of the corrosion rate of pipelines and other underground metal structures. The products are manufactured for moderately cold climatic conditions. They are designed for outdoor use. They are installed in settlements and industrial areas.
Structural features
The SKIP is made as rack produced from a pipe with a hexagon section with a circumscribed circle diameter of 120 mm or from a round pipe Ø 114 mm (SKIP-1), or from a pipe with a hexagon section with a circumscribed circle diameter of 158 mm or from a round pipe Ø 159 mm (SKIP-2), with a headrest installed on it, inside of which there is a terminal panel.
The SKIP can be supplied with a magnesium sacrificial anode installed on a housing. The sacrificial anode protects the SKIP metal housing from corrosion and increases the service life of the test station by 20%. Product weight is no more than 40 kg. The product is painted with polymer weather-resistant paint. It can be painted entirely in one color or, at the request of the customer, in different colors, the headrest and the rack.
The number of power terminals is up to 16 pieces, the cross-section of conductors is up to 100 mm².
Number of measuring clamps up to 32 pieces, cross-section of conductors up to 10 mm².

Attention! When ordering the SKIP without specifying in the questionnaire the requirements for the performance of the rack, the customer is made with a rack made of a pipe having a hexagon in cross section.
