Automated sealant systems protect each housing from dust and moisture — ensuring up to IP68 sealing performance.

Our painting booths are equipped with electrostatic coating and abrasive blasting. As a result, coatings retain adhesion and visual integrity for up to 15 years.

Electronics Production: Reliability in Every Detail

Our surface-mount (SMT) line installs up to 40,000 components per hour. An AOI (automated optical inspection) system detects assembly errors before they happen — ensuring consistent product quality and minimizing defects. We use robotic soldering, selective soldering, and 100% inspection on every circuit board.

Production Culture and Continuous Improvement

We apply Kaizen principles across the entire company.
