Test Station
Intended Use
Test station KIP-PSS is a equipment designed for cathodic protection and control of the corrosion rate of underground metal structures. The product retains its parameters during the impact of external climatic factors, such as low and high temperatures (from minus 60 °C to plus 40 °C), solar radiation, physical and chemical effects of soil and bioorganisms.
Features and Operating Principle
The product is a rack made of a pipe with a triangular cross-section with a side of 180 mm (nominal cross-section), or a square cross-section with a side of 208 mm (nominal cross-section) with a terminal panel. The structure is made of polymer non-flammable material and has a low weight as standard. At the request of the customer, the product can be manufactured with reinforced fiberglass or metal corners of the rack.
Power and measurement clamps are made of non-ferrous metal or steel with a galvanized coating and provide reliable fastening of measuring and power cables. Depending on the number of terminals for measuring and power clamps, the product is manufactured with one, two or three hatches (covers).

- with remote BDR channels (BDZ, BSZ). The rack is equipped with an additional mounted hanging cabinet
- with a built-in BT-3-RA telemetry unit
- with a poster PT.PSS tracer (on request)
The standard color of the rack is white with a red cover. At the request of the customer, the color of the rack and cover can be changed. Mandatory information marking is applied to the side surfaces of the rack.
