Sustainability and ESG: Built on Precision, Trust, and Responsibility
What is ESG and Why Does It Matter?
ESG is an international framework for responsible business, built on three pillars:
E (Environmental) — ensuring ecological safety and reducing industrial impact
S (Social) — caring for people, employees, and local communities
G (Governance) — fostering ethical management, process transparency, and trust
In practice, ESG is a strategic approach to building long-term value. Not for reporting’s sake — but to deliver real results.
Ecology Begins with Engineering
PSS Corporation equipment helps prevent leaks, corrosion damage, and environmental hazards. Cathodic protection is not just a corrosion-control measure — it’s a safety solution for assets on land, offshore, and underground.
Charging Ahead — Responsibly
PSS Corporation also produces electric vehicle charging stations. Our newest production plant enables annual production of up to 10,000 units — scaling the infrastructure for clean transport. All our plants also operate waste sorting systems for paper, cardboard, and plastics.
People Are the Core Asset
A strong team is the foundation of our sustainable growth. We invest in health and engagement: regular check-ups, eco-volunteering, team marathons, and dedicated rest zones — even massage chairs in every department.
These aren’t perks — they’re part of our culture. Corporate volunteering has become the norm, with growing employee involvement in charity and environmental projects.
Technology and Development — More than Words
PSS is recognized as an innovator, with 130+ patents and dozens of registered trademarks. We develop and protect our own technologies — from EV charging stations to high-performance anodes.
ESG Is a Manufacturing Reality
Our production culture is built on systematic rationalization, Kaizen principles, and engineering initiative. In 2022–2023 alone, we implemented over 200 improvements — from automating soldering to optimizing logistics.
We back up our commitment to sustainability with action — in every project, every delivery, and every product.
